Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 機械工程學系所 === 105 === Skew axis gears are gears that are not parallel and do not intersect two axes, and have special applications and requirements for industrial and consumer products. The skew axis gears can now be subdivided into
(1) hyperboloid gears (2) hypoid gears (3) crossed helical gears (4) worm and worm wheel gears. However, there is a type of skew axis gears, the gear drive in addition to planetary pinion gear rotates upon itself, but also around the ring gear to do revolution, and the axis of revolution and the rotational axis are not parallel and do not intersect, this gear skew in space to do meshing transmission. This can be classified as another variation type of the skew gear train in the gear classification. In this dissertation, the gear of this variant type is called Quasi-Planetary Gear Set with Skew Axes.
So far, there is no literature for Quasi-Planetary Gear Set with Skew Axes to do the main research. In this dissertation, the Quasi-Planetary Gear Set with Skew Axes is constructed by the principle of gear and computer aided design and analysis technology through an example of transmission mechanism. Moreover, move forward a single step to tooth contact analysis, stress analysis and discussion on this new type of gear set based on computer simulation of interference method and the finite element analysis software ANSYS.
