Some unscrupulously vendors used industrial raw materials as additives, and delicious food with those additives actually cause harmful effects to human health. In recent years, increasing food safety issues revealed that food containing harmful substances may raise the risk of human intestinal cancer and other related diseases. Therefore, food safety control has become a vital problem need to be resolved. The consumers have no longer believed that food is safe becauce of the raising food safety problems. It also makes selling the food without harmful substances much more difficult. To solve the problem, this study first get through the literature collection and discussion to explore the definition of food safety and marketing. Second, after studying food safety management system and food labeling system of the government, we discussed the range of food safety management and the food safety control strategies on agricultural development. Finally, we designed the in-depth interviews with producers, discussing production and marketing of safe food. In addition, we survey the habit and willingness of consumers for buying safe food. Through the above effort, we try to develop the best marketing strategy that not only makes comsumers willing to trust and buy the safe food, but also encourage people to participate in the agricultural production of safe food, satisfying all need of buying and selling . 陳育成 2017 學位論文 ; thesis 67 zh-TW |
