Nowadays, China has quickly turned the world factories into markets, to pull numerous vendors in, also has a strong appeal to Taiwanese owned companies, and bring up two Straits Cross-Border E-Commerce to develop quickly. Due to the continued contact of two sides, Taiwan products and brands have been acknowledged and accepted by the Chinese consumers. At present, the merchandise is asked to be in conformity with China import law, but in practical, it is hard to enforce thoroughly by the importers, for the reason that Chinese law does not legislate inline with international norms, they have their own component definition and standard. Taiwanese companies are not familiar with it, more, is difficult to achieve the certificates on our own. Therefore, product development and marketing launch has uncertainty to plan, which lead to miss the business opportunity. This study is to explain the product dominant power of two straits cooperation or competition which our company exactly deal with the cross-border Chinese customer, in other words, who acquire the 3 certificates and could decide to proceed the cooperation or not.
