The pharmacists have to be qualified for the sale of Chinese and Western medicines, but only the few pharmacies can fulfill the needs of customers. This study was based on Osterwalder and Pigneur (2010) the definition for innovative business model, to explore the business of Chinese and Western combinative and coexisted pharmacy and to provide a business reference for pharmacists finally. Within the case study method, we interviewed four pharmacists with successful business experiences in Chinese and Western medicines and surveyed 90 questionnaires. We proposed the forward-looking thinking, using Business Model Canvas to reconfigure elements in business directions: 1. Customer value propositions: Product diversification, establishing personal health information database, improved the medical consulting, refilled the prescription immediately. 2. Targeted customers and customer relationships: We hope to develop interactive customer relationship through the community, chronic diseases, and people who looks for body nursed etc. 3. Channels: transmitting via different electronic media and grasping the resources of the noble medicines. 4. Key resources: the professional team, the uniqueness of the product and the richness of the product. 5. Key activities and partnership: the community in the private education lectures, cooperating with the nearby medical institutions, and the establishing industry alliance etc.
