Summary:碩士 === 國立中興大學 === 高階經理人碩士在職專班 === 105 === In order to accomplish the last mile for public movement , “Public Sharing Bicycle Systems” have become the final link of the public transportation in many advanced cities all over the world. They are normally established by “Government Public Sharing Bicycle Systems”. However , with the flourishing developments of internet and commercial APPs in smart phones , “Enterprise Public Sharing Bicycle Systems” are emerging in these markets recently. Especially in China, these “Enterprise Public Sharing Bicycle Systems by Internet” are often implemented with different business models, which not only provide aspects beyond the traditional transportation functions but also arouse widely attention from major investment entities and corporations. Currently , “Enterprise Public Sharing Bicycle Systems by Internet” are rapidly growing with multiple brands in China markets. This thesis emphasizes on the management modes of “Enterprise Public Sharing Bicycle Systems by Internet” with intents to analyze the traditional aspects of “Public Sharing Bicycle Systems” then to explore to future business development possibilities. By applying advanced statistics analysis to the big data collected from existing “Public Sharing Bicycle Systems”, this thesis is aimed to establish standard analytical procedures in commercial management model building of various “Public Sharing Bicycle Systems” in the future.
