As the conception gradually universalizes and the willing of keeping them against the trend of fewer children and more elderlies increases, the quantity of the pets raises as well; moreover, the market of the pet sales develop exuberantly. Performance management is the one of important topics in the business management. It is the key connection between business strategy and operation management. In addition, performance management can evaluate the results of the work of the employees in a particular period, whereby personnel decisions such as salary, appointment or promotion of the reference, as further work or counseling, determining training needs basis for career development and staff management, in their human resources management activities, plays an important role. The case study of the company belong to pet supplies retail, services include pet and Aquarium products sale, pet grooming, animal hospitals, and so on. Integrity and protection of animals can be said to be the company''s core values. In order to maintain the company''s core values, motivate ongoing pursuit of excellence, to help to achieve the corporate vision and purpose, establish incentives for the urgent and important issues and, therefore, raised the study motivation, focus on establishment and implementation of incentive systems to promote performance management system.
