Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立勤益科技大學 === 工業工程與管理系 === 105 === According to the relevant studies, we can find the development and increase requirements of RO water purifier. We should improve the current design to upgrade the product quality and function in order to satisfy customer, market and the demands of consumers. The main purpose of this study is the design of water purifier. First we will discuss the market investigation, demands of consumers, opinion of expert and technical roadmaps with the quality of performance to processing the analysis of QFD. Second, using Modified Delphi Method to find questions accounting the interview with experts in water purifier and analysis by PHA method. Will also inevitably conduct a prior patent search to make sure they will not infringe others patent rights. Collect technical information and changing of product by Technology Roadmap. Beside, using “ Theory of Inventive Problem Solving “and “Inventive Principle” to get the solution of the questions and rebuild the process of water purifier design. By using the new process of product design which get from the theory of TRIZ, we can use on the unplug RO water purifier in “increase the area of RO membrane”, “Compound water filter” and “Flow controller”. We also can solve the low water production problem on the unplug water purifier and commit the customer requirement. Solve the problem of water production in RO water purifiers and can save 43.8 kW/H of electricity consumption per year.
