In this research, the value stream mapping method and simulated technique are applied to analyze the production process. Firstly, the data of shop flow are collected and current state value stream mapping is drawn. Flexsim software is used to simulate flow line according to the current state value stream mapping, and then find out the waste in the processes. The future state value stream mapping is drawn, and the future improvement plans are proposed based on the simulation results. This simulated result shows that the manufacturing lead time and delivery time are both reduced.
