Volunteer firefighters training will affect volunteer firefighter work safely and people's life and property. Therefore the volunteer firefighters usually training is very important, to understand whether the training courses are in line with the disaster relief needs for the time being and construct a good training course. To raise safety in work. The purpose of this research the recurring specialty training in Taichung City government Volunteer Firefighters in the process of the execute entire fire disaster. Is the recurring specialty training to finish the current complex disaster? In research methods, through the literature, analysis to understand the volunteer firefighter's training of the literature and through the issuance of questionnaires to understand the actual implementation of the disaster relief staff,are they training skills enough to keep them safely when the volunteer firefighters face the disaster rescue?
