In the disaster rescue for protecting the life secure of the firefighter's, to finish the disaster relief tasks, According to the law of the "volunteer firefighters organization group training exercise service", the Routine training and the Professional training times should be up to 24 hours or more. Volunteer firefighters training will affect volunteer firefighter work safely and people's life and property. Therefore the volunteer firefighters usually training is very important, to understand whether the training courses are in line with the disaster relief needs for the time being and construct a good training course. To raise safety in work. The purpose of this research the recurring specialty training in Taichung City government Volunteer Firefighters in the process of the execute entire fire disaster. Is the recurring specialty training to finish the current complex disaster? In research methods, through the literature, analysis to understand the volunteer firefighter's training of the literature and through the issuance of questionnaires to understand the actual implementation of the disaster relief staff，are they training skills enough to keep them safely when the volunteer firefighters face the disaster rescue? And discuss specific conclusion and recommended Practices. The result of the analysis shows, most of the tester agree the class and they were choose between the Strongly Agree and Agree. Design for routine training, professional training class, and practical exercises can let volunteer firefighters keep them safety.
