Summary: | 碩士 === 國立勤益科技大學 === 冷凍空調系 === 105 === In this study, the heat recycling for an air compressor system is used to apply in Make-up Air Handling Unit (MAU) and efficiency improvement of chiller in a panel factory. A large amount of compressed dry air is used in the panel factory process. The air compressor can convert the mechanical energy of the motor into pressure energy of the air. The air compresses can produce a large number of heat sources. It is discharged after water cooling. The centrifugal compressor is based on three stage cooling methods of thermal cooling compression heat source. The first, the second, and the third stages cooler can use chiller thermal cooling. The MAU must use the heat source in a clean room to control the temperature and humidity requirements.
Therefore, the most of the air compressor energy saving can apply to research and improve the analysis focuses on the system, but not the first stage and the second stage is not used chiller ice water transfer to warm/heat water temperature (28-42℃) analysis on application of MAU heat water coil. Through, this system experimental can measure analysis of electricity consumption results. This system study has been able to reduce 1,325,654 kWhr and energy saving is 1.4%, not only can effectively utilize the waste heat energy recovery and can improve the chiller efficiency is 2.1%. It can decrease operation cost benefit and improvement return on investment (ROI) is 1.0 year.
