The aim of this article is to construct a performance evaluation framework to help top management make decisions more objectively. Thus, this article focuses on one important part of the strategy planning process: internal analysis and external analysis. Based on internal and external analysis, company performance evaluation was divided into two stages by using network DEA and the cross efficiency approach. In addition, this article employs Miles and Snow (1978) typology for the company strategy classification. In this case, we analyze the financial data of 30 semiconductor companies from 2010 to 2014.
