| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 法律學系 === 105 === In order to alleviate the financial difficulties of the Government and provide private investment opportunities, the Government promulgated the “ACT FOR PROMOTION OF PRIVATE PARTICIPATION IN INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS” in 2000. However, since the publication of nearly 20 years, there have been many major controversies and compliance issues, such as the famous ETC case, Taitung beautiful Bay case, the Taipei Dome case. The promotion of private participation in infrastructure project from planning, selection to construction and operation can be divided into preparatory stage, selection stage of private participation and then concession contract compliance management stage. With the promotion of the various stages of participation, therefore, in order to improve the act for promotion of private participation in infrastructure project system and practice, it is not only necessary to sort out and classify the disputes, but also need to know how to deal with and resolve these disputes in accordance with the law.
