It advocates the changes of urban land economy, such as economic activities. The theory caused by the rapid development of traffic construction like freeway can make two places more closely, and the phenomenon mainly occurs in major constructions. This thesis will investigate the trip patterns of nearby freeway interchanges of some Taiwan science parks based on this concept, analyze the traffic volume data detected by the electronic toll collection system (ETC), and compare the spatial differences. In this study, the trip patterns has two parts: (1) How extent of the interchanges influenced by a science park, (2) How much traffic volume each influenced interchange has. According to the specific time of different categories, we compared to the spatial distribution of differences and visualized them. After the study, the trip patterns of nearby freeway interchanges of Taiwan science parks were obtained, and the trip patterns is defined by the proportion of the total amount of more than 1% traffic volume. But also found that there are differences in different parks, and the trip patterns will not follow the rule: The farther away, the less traffic volume with decreasing trend. The main research contributions is that this study investigated the trip patterns by using big data, and defined the trip patterns by quantitative method. The most important, it is proved that urban land teleconnections exists in the scientific parks with the different types of vehicles.
