| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 高階管理碩士在職專班(EMBA) === 105 === The developers in Taiwan are highly competitive, and small developers are in the relative lack of resources generally. In the overall competition of housing development, the small developers should seek appropriate position and competitive abilities. In this study, we try to explore and analyze the core abilities of small developers on the basis of core competency theory, value chain theory and consumer choice attributes. The study is researched by interviewing with small and medium-sized developers , the bank managers in Tainan. And questionnaires are made by consumers in Tainan to understand the key factors for decision-making processes of home buyers . The study is trying to explore what the core competencies or advantages, the small developers should need to maintain .Finally, the study hopes to provide small developers some suggestions in the operation and follow-up study basis.
