Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立成功大學 === 數學系應用數學碩博士班 === 105 === Sensors are often used in today's life tool. For many types of sensors, we assume that the sensing element of a sensor is detected by the transmission of sine waves. We use the one-dimensional wave equation and the properties of waves to calculate the sensed value. We first fixed the wave source and string tension and the detected displacement value is set to the standard value, and then change the string tension to compute the relationship between changes in the sensing side and the tension changes, we call sensitivity. Then we increase the number of wave sources and the number of sensing terminals to improve the sensitivity of the sensor. We conclude that if the tension decrease 1%, the changes of sensed value increase from 0.02% to 0.1% by 5 wave sources to 9 wave sources. Later, we fixed the wave source and tension, and attached a mass of material to the sensor to compute the relationship between mass of attached materials and the change of the sensed value. And we also find the relationship between mass and the change of the sensed value is positive.
