Summary:碩士 === 國立暨南國際大學 === 公共行政與政策學系 === 105 === In recent years, more and more Taiwanese young people no longer get a job in the company, the number of young people starting their own business increases year by year. Young entrepreneurs are mostly micro-enterprise with limited venture capital, tending to transform old houses in favor of operation of their business. They also combine with cultural and creative thinking to flip over the traditional industries or create new products and services. Most of the young entrepreneurs who make good use of old houses resources will gather in groups and take care of each other, and when the number of micro-entrepreneurs is enough, there will naturally develop into micro-entrepreneurial cluster. The research case of this study “Fantasy Story Inc. micro-entrepreneurial cluster” is different from the former, being a single company makes a conscious effort to introduce micro-entrepreneurs into old houses blocks to create the micro-entrepreneurial cluster, which is regrarded as its development goals. Using Q methodology, this study attempts to investigate the cognition of stakeholders around the Fantasy’s cluster about characteristics of “Fantasy Story Inc. micro-entrepreneurial cluster”. Collected twenty stakeholders around the cluster as the samples to do Q arrangement, then analyzing data by PQMethod software.Through data analysis and interpretation, there are three kinds of cognitive tyes that found out through analyzing responses, namely: First, the organic development of the company philosophy; Second, actively create the old house blocks; Third, focus on profit of micro-business district; we also found that there have relatively large cognitive differences between cluster’s partners and the surrounding cluster. Finally, in addition to discussing the findings and the relevant conclusions, this study provides relevant research suggestions on the follow-up study case, which is expected to provide inspiration for new research cases.
