碩士 === 國立暨南國際大學 === 管理學院經營管理碩士學位學程碩士在職專班 === 105 === Taiwan's medical equipment industry developed at the early stage of the 1950s, when Taiwan was recovered from the wwll. During the time, the textile industry began to produce bandages and gauze in the early 1960s, Taiwan began to engage in the production of surgical clothing, medical gloves and other infection control products.As the production and sales grew to a certain scale, these medical prodcuts began to enter the global market. According to Ministry of Health and Welfare Food and Drug Administration (2007), , domestic GMP approved registration information shows that domestic medical equipment factories with GMP standard qualified are 652 in total. Foreign counterparts are 3,839 in total. Within them, there are five domestic medical equipment factories that are specializing in the production of ultrasonic conductive adhesive manufacturers. Various types of medical ultrasound usage, according to the differences of each section, has different requirement of ultrasound conductive adhesive's viscosity.How to choose medical ultrasound jelly that accords with the usage habit,and the diversified packaging is one of the most important issues discussed in this study. This study is to explore the medical device factory management skill and how to survive in the competitive environment. In particular, it is found from the survey that the medical ultrasound users not only care about the packing differences but also the conductive adhesive of different product viscosity.
