| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立暨南國際大學 === 管理學院經營管理碩士學位學程碩士在職專班 === 105 === This study aims to explore the Key Success Factors(KSF)of Executive Master of Business Administration(EMBA)management by measuring the total tuition fee. Three categories of KSF is defined in this study. Each category includes several individual factors. The first category is the personal background of students including the seniority, the provision of equivalent educational level and the equivalent education level accepted by universities. Second, the enrollment type included admission quota, the number of applications, application review, interview, written examination and rate of admission. The last category is the school class system, it can further be broken down as follows: graduation credits, weekend classes, weekday classes, foreign classes, class areas(e.g. northern Taiwan), city, graduation time frame, and number of classes.
The direction of this study is set by related researches and literatures. This study mainly surveys universities and colleges that provide EMBA program in Taiwan. Secondary qualitative study is introduced to collect data from 47 universities and colleges with sample size of 229. These data are arranged as empirical evidences by using descriptive analysis, regression analysis and correlation analysis to understand effects between each factor and the total tuition fee.
The results show that seven factors obviously affect the KSF of EMBA management by measuring the total tuition fee in Taiwan. In category of the enrollment type, three main factors are application review, interview and written examination. And for category of the school class system, four main factors are weekday classes, class area(e.g. northern Taiwan), graduation time frame and number of classes.
