Also, the growth stimulates the budget airlines and the apps of pricy hostels. These changes contribute to the trend of backpacker budget tour in Taiwan. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to explore the feasibility of utilizing cross-industry alliance between backpacker hostel and convenience store in order to reducing operating costs and accommodation costs, increasing the room supply rate, and attracting more potential Taiwan tourists. The researcher conducted qualitative research method collected data by literature review and interviewed backpackers, backpacker hostel managers and convenience store managers. To increase credibility of this study, the researcher collected data by backpackers and operators meeting. The triangle correction standard method was adopted for this study’s reliability. The results of this study found that backpackers were tend to be more willing to see this alliance project happening in the future, but business operators were more conservative. Finally, the researcher suggested that in order to increase the feasibility of the alliance between hostel and convenience store, two different businesses must have better understanding between each other and the government should be pay more attention to backpacker hotels management in term of law and market development.
