The subjects of this research was based on 12 students in New Taipei City. They was divided into experimental group (n = 6) and control group (n = 6). The experimental group received the trampoline exercise course for 10 weeks, a total of 30 lessons, and 50 minutes each time, whereas the control group maintained the normal course. Paired-sample t-test, ANCOVA were performed for the data analysis. Statistical significance was set at a level of p < .05. The results indicated that: 1.The trampoline exrecise course for students with intellectual disabilities in the health-related physical fitnesshad significant effects on sit and reach, 10 meters fast walking, andcurl-ups tests. 2. The trampoline exrecise course for students with intellectual disabilities had significant effects on balance ability. CHEN, JANG-RONG 陳張榮 2017 學位論文 ; thesis 100 zh-TW
