碩士 === 國立體育大學 === 體育推廣學系 === 106 === The purpose of this study is to examine the current state of operation of the Organization of the Chinese Boxing Boxing Association in CORPS mode and analyze its mode of operation. To achieve this goal, a semi-structured in-depth interview method was used to interview internal members of the eight organizations to collect information and conduct analysis. The results of the study were as follows: 1. The CORPS model can effectively examine the operation of the organization. Second, the case of the object to the main members of the service. Third, the association is based on the board of supervisors, and in the annual meeting of members to complete the resolution. Fourth, the organization did not take the initiative to the government or business for sponsorship or subsidy resources, the main resources from the annual membership fee. Fifth, the organization mainly by the Secretary-General is responsible for all business and planning, members of the distinction between full-time staff and volunteers, but full-time staff is not paid and is mainly responsible for business planning, coordination and other work, and volunteers to help the activities of the trivial work do not have the responsibility to belong to things. Sixth, the organization to provide services mainly to get the exchange between students, technical heritage and fitness and other benefits as the starting point, while into the new teaching methods. Seventh, the organization in the decision-making core is the main members of the board of directors.
