In recent years the business coach has been accepted as an effective way to enhance the leadership for the senior managers, or as a tool for the development for business successors. Therefore, this study is aimed at the development of strategic talents, with the help of the actual case of the coach, to understand the process of its introduction and use of tools, which can explore the effectiveness of business training and the key to success, as well as the possible restrictions on the service of the coach. There are three findings in this study: 1. Business coaches can be used as an effective program to foster the leadership of senior managers. 2. Business coach is considered to be expensive, long-term, low success rate, difficult to measure the results, and also affect the will of the enterprise; but, on the contrary, when succeeding, it is indeed helpful and worth even more than six times of investment. 3. The success of business coaches, coexistence of a series of key factors is important to introduce.
