Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立中央大學 === 數學系 === 105 === In modern society and higher education, to make students acquire their expertise, we shall ensure students’ learning outcome. We concern the learning situations and learning outcome of the course Calculus, which is offered by the School of Management at National Central University. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between “Critical Thinking and Problem-solving” and “the behavior of online system Maple TA”. Besides, we want to know how it affects the short-term learning outcome and long-term learning outcome. Our research uses three kinds of methods. These methods are Factor Analysis, Multiple correspondence analysis and Pearson Correlation Coefficient. We find out that “Critical Thinking and Problem-solving” affects learning outcome. Moreover, it has greater impact on short-term learning outcome. In addition, “Critical Thinking and Problem-solving” affects the behavior of online system Maple TA. And, students’ attitude toward learning is more important than their ability of time management. Last but not least, when students pay more efforts with their homework on online systems, it would have huge influences on their ability of “Critical Thinking and Problem-solving”.
