Strategy for most companies, is to defeat the competitors to obtain more outstanding performance for the company's ultimate challenge goals. This study motivates the business strategy of case enterprises, how to find suitable production bases in Asia to reduce production costs, and use the technology accumulated over the years to strengthen the competitiveness. In terms of strategy, the product from the early quality of maintenance to upgrade to the guarantee of reliability, but also have accurate delivery, the strategy used by its finishing as follows Cost leadership: global operations and enhance the automated production to reduce production costs. Product differentiation: the product from the early quality of maintenance to upgrade to the guarantee of reliability. Resource concentration: refined products, customer-level.
