Therefore, human resource management is emphasized very much in recent years by most companies in order to increase job satisfaction and reduce employee turnover .This study explored the influence of employee's work values of Taiwanese high-tech Company A on job satisfaction and turnover intention. In this study, the questionnaire was used to collect the data, and 205 questionnaires were distributed. In total, 189 questionnaires were valid and analyzed by SPSS 20.0. The main findings of this study are : (1)There is no much differences in the ranking of the importance of work values between Taiwanese and Mainland Chinese employees ; (2) Taiwanese employees emphasized more importance on "wealth" (economic reward) than Mainland Chinese employees ; (3) Work values had significant influence on the employee's job satisfaction ; (4) The higher the employees' job satisfaction, the lower the degree of their turnover intention. Finally, the management implications of the major findings were discussed in detail in the final section of the thesis.
