Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 工業教育與技術學系 === 105 === This research is aimed to explore the current situation of principals' distributed leadership and teachers' knowledge management in Technical Senior High Schools.The researcher has examined the perception of school educators with different demographic variables and environment variables toward principals' distributed leadership and teachers' knowledge management.Finally, the researcher has analyzed the relationship between principals' distributed leadership and teachers' knowledge managemen,and regarded principals' distributed leadership as a predictable variable to predict the teachers’ knowledge management. For the purpose of the study, questionnaire were employed to survey teacher of technical senior high schools in Middle Taiwan. This includes the regions of Taichung City , Chang-Hua County, Nan-Tou County, etc. Using stratified random sampling, eighteen teachers per school were selected to participate in the survey. Then based on the scale of the technical senior high schools, the researcher uses the method of stratified cluster sampling to choose the objects from 13 schools are sampled 560 questionnaires were administered with a response rate of 95%, or 532 copies. Results were analyzed using descriptive statistics, the t-test, ANOVA,Pearson’s product-moment orrelation,and stepwise multiple-regression analysis.Conclusions are summarized below: 1.The current situation of principals' distributed leadership and teachers' knowledge management is medium-high level in technical senior high schools of Middle Taiwan. 2.There are significant different for teacher’s perception of principals' distributed leadership in male, master or doctor degrre, part-time administrative, school locations in TaichungCity and large schools of technical senior high schools of Middle Taiwan. 3. There are significant different for teacher s' knowledge management in male, master or doctor degrre, part-time administrative, and large schools of technical senior high schools of Middle Taiwan. 4.The principals' distributed leadership and teacher s' knowledge management are fairly positive correlated in technical senior high schools. 5. The principals' distributed leadership of teacher s' actively participate can predict positively on teacher s' knowledge management in technical senior high schools.
