Based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use Technology (UTAUT), this study explored the correlation among the teachers’ intention in four aspects - the performance expectancy, the effort expectancy, the social influence, and the facilitating conditions. In addition, this study also analyzed the differences through the following variables - the gender, the age, the teaching seniority, the position, the academic background, the users’ experience, and the users’ voluntariness. The subjects in the study were the public and private vocational high school teachers who used Podcast teaching platform. 589 effective questionnaires were collected and analyzed with some statistical methods, such as Descriptive Statistics, Percentage, Average, Standard Deviation, Independent-Sample t Test, one-way ANOVA, and Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient. According to the results, the study found the six main points below. 1. The vocational high school teachers’ intention was indeed affected by the facilitating conditions, especially in the categories of gender, age, position, and users’ experience. As for the categories of teaching seniority and academic background, there were no significant differences. 2. The vocational high school teachers’ intention was indeed affected by the effort expectancy, especially in the categories of gender, age, position, and users’ experience. As for the categories of teaching seniority and academic background, there were no significant differences. 3. The vocational high school teachers’ intention was indeed affected by the social influence, especially in the categories of gender, teaching seniority, users’ experience, and users’ voluntariness. As for the categories of age, position, and academic background, there were no significant differences. 4. The vocational high school teachers’ intention was indeed affected by the facilitating conditions, especially in the categories of gender, age, position, and users’ experience. As for the categories of teaching seniority and academic background, there were no significant differences. 5. In the aspects of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions, the correlation is above moderately correlated in the vocational high school teachers’ intention of using Podcast teaching platform. 6. The correlation between vocational high school teachers' intention and behavior of using Podcast teaching platform via cloud technology is modestly correlated.
