| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 工業教育與技術學系 === 105 === According to the improvement of technology and modification of industrial structure,deficiency of fundamental human resource is an obvious problem. In which the Practical Skills Program in vocational high school plays an important role to resolve it.
Several researches have been carried out on the correlation between learning situation and career planning for students in vocational high schools domestically and internationally. Nevertheless,study of learning motivation affecting career planning is not fully applied. In this work,the observation of following topics are introduced,including how learning motivation and satisfaction on intern course affecting career planning,and intervening of satisfaction on intern course to learning motivation affecting career planning.
The results indicate that students have strong correlation between learning motivation and future career. The satisfaction on intern course affects the tendency of career planning. On the other hand,it shows obvious intervening of satisfaction on intern course to learning motivation affecting career planning.
In summary,this study provides practical advices to educational administration and schools of sheet metal department,and as reference for future studies and employees in related topics.
