Data were collected from questionnaire adopted from the “National Financial Literacy Survey in Taiwan of the Taiwan Academy of Banking and Finance”, and ”The Path Analysis of Education, Family’s Annual Income on Financial Knowledge and Financial Behavior of the Taiwanese”. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) were used to analyze questionnaire in this study. The major findings of this study were summarized as follows. First, financial literacy contains financial knowledge and financial behavior, which is equally important. Second, money management and financial planning are the most important factors among those which affecting financial literacy.
