This advantage has allowed many enterprises and companies to manufacture and sell numerous products all over the world in the past decade. Although Taiwan lacks natural resources, Taiwan's development of industry is not recessionary. Therefore, Taiwan creates miracles in industry.
In recent years, the knowledge of the world is increasing and labor costs are also increasing, so the competitiveness of traditional industries gradually weaken, many factories are also facing difficulties. It's important to have specialized knowledge, for example, flexible production, automated production lines, intelligent management, data collection applications and other industrial 4.0 related revolutions become particularly important.
At present, there are many important topics in Taiwan that need to be understood, including how to make good use of the experience accumulated in the manufacturing, information and communication technologies, the integration of various machines in the factory, production data collection and analysis into meaningful Smart Data and so on. Through the transformation of industry 4.0, Taiwan's industry might become successful.
The research finds that there is a great deal of resistance in the current process of industry reform 4.0 because business owners don't trust computer systems, and most of the owners do not fully understand the cost of technology and investment required for industry 4.0. Therefore, they are not confident in this revolution. This study uses Delphi Technique study, and the purpose of this study is "To promote the success of industrial 4.0 factors". This can help enterprises to successfully promote the industry 4.0.
