Although the scale of machining shops in Taiwan are not competitive to Europe, United State, Japan or others countries, with the support of quality machining system in machinery industry, the competitive of product production has excellent performance among these countries. Facing the challenging from worldwide in plastic and rubber machinery filed, in particular, China and Turkey, rapid skill development and economic scale expansion have been exceeded Taiwan’s capability. Under this circumstances, how to elevate the competent become my research target. By taking deep interviews to collect and analyze a corporation, the finding illustrated that this corporation is eager to intergrade the advantage competitive to recreate the strength from the aspects of cost, brand and resource advantage and the cooperation of international strategic alliances to against the global changes thus to shape another brand new competitive advantage in the emerging market. The case study approach was adopted and the conclusion was adapted to the theory and the case. The analyzing implications drawn from the study result may help to improve both the management structure and the development of plastic vacuum thermoforming industry and to benefit the enterprises to adjust the business running pace to acquire a better vision and higher profit.
