Firstly, the titanium dioxide (TiO2) working electrode was produced via doctor-blade technique. The different process factors, such as the number of thin film layers, sintering temperature, and sintering time, were studied. The material and device analysis methodologies, including UV and visible spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, and photovoltaic measurement, were used. The best process condition and the stable device efficiency of 6.273% were obtained. Secondly, the thesis discusses the desorption and the reactivation of the TiO2 working electrode of a DSSC. The TiO2 working electrodes were soaked in the different desorption solutions. The process conditions in terms of concentration proportion, soaking hours, and desorption time were investigated. The material analyses were conducted by UV and visible spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, and X-ray diffraction. The photovoltaic conversion characteristics were also measured. The best desorption solution and conditions were obtained. After the repeating desorption experiments, the efficiency of the DSSCs can still be maintained at 6% above. The TiO2 working electrode of the DSSCs can be reutilized successfully. 賴永齡 2017 學位論文 ; thesis 86 zh-TW
