These problems on the export of aquatic plants, may cause quarantine obstacles, landscape maintenance by aquarium players. The use of micropropagation technology to breed and produce the aquatic plants that can be good and clean. In this study, the lemons bacopa (Bacopa caroliniana (Walter) B. L. Robinson) were selected to micropropagation, which was a perennial herb of, Bacopa Scrophulariaceae. The study was to identify the disinfection time of the explant, the concentrations of plant growth regulator and medium salts that are most suitable for the proliferation of lemon bacopa shoot, the rooting and acclimatization were carried out. As a result, the survival rate was 30.0±15.3% for 10 minutes with 0.6% sodium hypochlorite. Leaves and nodes of lemon bacopa were culture on all 6-benzyaminopurine (6-BA) containing medium for 12 days, and the explants began to enlarge or grow adventitious shoots. The best result was that 28.8±1.7 adventitious shoots were grown on average per lemon bacopa leaf culture in 1/2 MS medium containing 1 mg·L-1 BA after one month. The number of regenerated buds grown in indole butyric acid (IBA) containing 0.5 mg·L-1 was the highest, with an average of 13.4±0.7. Regeneration of plants, regardless of the type of submerged leaf acclimatization or the type of emerged leaf to acclimatization, are alive and grow well. The time required to induce adventitious buds from a leaf of a sterile plant as a culture and grow to about 3.6 cm for about three months and the number of small plants is about 40.
