Assessing the implementation effectiveness on basic evaluation of preschools affiliated of elementary school in Tainan through the views of the preschool educators in these evaluated preschools. Make it a reliable reference to enhance basic evaluation of preschools affiliated of elementary school in Tainan. For this purpose, this study adopts the method of questionnaire and interview, refers to the third revised edition program evaluation standard in 2010 of Joint Committee on Standards for Educational Evaluation and compiles the questionnaire on a study of meta-evaluation on basic evaluation of preschools affiliated of elementary school in Tainan as the research tool. On 104 and 105 academic years in Tainan, the study used the rated preschool attached to elementary school preschool educators as the research object, a total of 475 questionnaires were sent, and 431 valid questionnaires were retrieved. From the questionnaire data, we applied the average number, standard deviation and statistical analysis method of one-way ANOVA from independent samples to analysis. According to the research results, we got the following conclusions: 1.The preschool educators of preschools affiliated of elementary school in Tainan hold a positive attitude towards the basic evaluation in accordance with the meta-evaluation standards. 2.The preschool educators of preschools affiliated of elementary school in Tainan have views between "general" and "fit" on the four levels of “Utility Standards”, ”Evaluation Accountability Standards”,” Accuracy Standards”and” Propriety Standards”. Whereas for the ”Feasibility Standards”, they have opinions between "not very fit" and "not fit". 3.The preschool educators with different positions, seniority and educational background have no significant different views on all dimensions of meta- evaluation standard on basic evaluation. 4.The preschool educators in different preschool sizes, administrative regions and evaluation courses experience in preschool have significant different views on meta- evaluation standard on basic evaluation. At last, according to the research results, please give suggestions to the education administration units, preschool educators and future researchers respectively.
