Summary:碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 教育行政與政策發展研究所 === 105 === The purpose of the research is to study the current status of 12-year enrollment program of compulsory education of junior high school students learning attitude in Chiayi area. By analyzing of situations caused by background variables, this research concludes the prediction from all aspects of factors which could affect current status of 12-year enrollment program of compulsory education and junior high school students’ learning attitude. The survey is done by questionnaire, and sampling from junior high schools’ teachers in Ciayi area and using stratified sampling from 20 schools with 475 teachers in total. 408 questionnaires are available with 86% of response rate. The questionnaires are analyzed and processed by descriptive statistics. According to the results and findings, the outcomes are listed as follows: 1.The Chiayi area junior high school teachers’ views of twelve-year enrollment program of compulsory education is moderate, and perform best in “Five ways of life development”. 2. The Chiayi area junior high school teachers’ views of junior high school students’ learning attitude is less moderate, and performs best in “the attitudes toward teachers”. 3.Regarding from the background variables , The Chiayi area junior high school teachers’ views of twelve-year enrollment program of compulsory education will be not affected by factors such as gender, duties, seniority, school location. However, it will be affected by age, school size. 4. Regarding from the background variables , The Chiayi area junior high school teachers’ views of 12-year enrollment program of compulsory education of junior high school students learning attitude will not be affected by gender, age, seniority, school location. However, it will be affected by school size. 5.The Chiayi area junior high school teachers’ view of 12-year enrollment program of compulsory education is effective toward junior high school students learning attitude. The views of more 12-year enrollment program of compulsory education realized they have, the better learning attitude students will have. In the end, based on the research, specific propose are recommended as references for executives of education, related educators, and subsequent researchers.
