The yield of 100% sawdust PE bag were used as control, mixed media with 80% sawdust 20% corncob crush 20% rice bran, 60% sawdust 40% corncob crush 10% or 15% rice bran had higher yield of Pleurotus eryngii among all treatments. The results showed that corncob crush could substitute 20%-80% sawdust in mixed media, the yield could be promoted more than 40%-90% compared with the control . The treatments with corncob crush 40%-60% could obtain stable and high yield among all treatments. For this reason, corncob crush could substitute total or part of sawdust in Pleurotus eryngii production. Except the treatment with 80% sawdust 20% sugarcane bagasse 20% rice bran, the yield of other treatments were 50%-70% of that of control. Through sugarcane bagasse could substitute part of sawdust in Pleurotus eryngii production, but the yield may reduce 30%-50%. Addition of rice bran in 100% sawdust PE bag, could promote the yield of Hypsizygus marmoreus. The treatments with 80% corncob crush 20% sawdust 10% or 15% rice bran, 60% corncob crush 40% sawdust 20% rice bran had higher yield among all the treatments, the results showed that corncob crush could substitute 40%-80% sawdust of mixed media in Hypsizygus marmoreus production. The higher the sawdust were, the less the Hypsizygus marmoreus fruiting body with diameter more than 2 cm were. the higher the corncob crush were, the more the Hypsizygus marmoreus fruiting body with diameter less than 2 cm were. Therefore, corncob crush could substitute total or part of sawdust in Hypsizygus marmoreus production. The treatments with 40% sugarcane bagasse 60% sawdust 20% rice bran, 40% sugarcane bagasse 60% sawdust 15% rice bran, 100% sawdust 20% rice bran, 20% sugarcane bagasse 80% sawdust 20% rice bran had higher yield among all the treatments, but 100% sugarcane bagasse 10% or 15% rice bran treatments had low yield and had significant difference with other treatments. the higher the sawdust were, the less the Hypsizygus marmoreus fruiting body with diameter more than 2 cm were. the higher the sugarcane bagasse were, the more the Hypsizygus marmoreus fruiting body with diameter less than 2 cm were. Treatments with 100% sugarcane bagasse 10% or 20% rice bran had higher yield in Hypsizygus marmoreus fruiting body with diameter less than 2 cm were, the lowest were treatments with 40% sugarcane bagasse 60% sawdust 10% rice bran, and treatments with sawdust content 80%-100%. Therefore, sugarcane bagasse could substitute part of sawdust (20%-80%) in Hypsizygus marmoreus production.
