Previous negative differential resistance of Chua's circuit (Negative Differential Resistance, NDR) is using op-amps posed, in this thesis, we propose to R-BJT-NDR as the framework of negative differential resistance (Negative Differential Resistance, NDR) circuit replace common operational amplifiers. R-BJT-NDR circuit consisting of Chua's circuit with NDR consisting of Chua's circuit has the same effect, and the cost is cheaper and can cooperate with CMOS or BiCMOS process, in order to achieve integrated circuit.
