In this study, 300 questionnaires were sent out, and 152 questionnaires were filled out online. The findings of study are below: 1. Teachers' personality traits of the primary school teachers are more affinitive and rigorous. 2. The job burnout of the primary school teachers is more emotional exhausition. 3. There are significant differences in the degree of teachers' personality in background variables such as gender, age, marriage, health status, position and school size. 4. There were significant differences in job burnout among the background variables such as age, teaching years, health status and school size. 5. The overall performance of the primary school teachers is negatively correlated with the overall job burnout. The higher the teachers' personality traits, the lower the job burnout performance.
