Both language and text are communication tools of human society. They can also help us to learn other subjects. Therefore, we should attach importance to language education and popularize it. In the early years, the national language contest prevailed. In recent years, the University of Education no longer actively cultivates Chinese language talents. The number of teachers 'groups in the primary and secondary schools' language contest groups of various counties and cities is declining. This is a crisis, also affects the students who are generally reluctant to write and read. As a result language literacy is declining. This case study suggest that schools still spare no effort in the implementation of the language education competition. However, some problems still remain structuring of the course. Therefore, the purpose of this study is: 1. To understand the current situation and problems of the implementation of the training mechanism of the Chinese language contest in the case school; 2. To solve the problem-solving strategy from the literature induction training; 3. Analysis of the relatively feasible resolution strategy. The researcher formed a focus group of eleven teachers in the school. The members included one director and ten full-time teachers. The group's case study process, include use questionnaires, literature analysis and hierarchical analysis, the interaction of multiple rounds, analysis and sorting out qualitative feedback and quantitative data, and finally the results presented in the focus group meeting which, consensus . The conclusion of this research is as following: 1. The training time limitation is the most practical problem of school within the eight language training difficulties. 2. “A language training club” might be the first step among all the modificatory strategies for the case study school. The school authority should also provide some class deductions for the training teachers. 3. The school authority could also adopt some specialists’ analysis software to find out the solution of language training problems. This study could raise some useful recommendations: 1. The problem solving methods could be used as reference to different categories. 2. Each school could adopt this research and make some modifications to resolve its own situations.
