This research‘s purposes: 1. Look over the government’s culture policy and the development strategy of Regional Indigenous Peoples Culture Museums since Japanese Colonial Period. 2. Figure out the revitalization strategies of Regional Indigenous Peoples Culture Museums in the last five years(2011~2016). 3. Discover the “ recovering process of Indigenous Peoples Cultural Asset and setting of professional human resource” from the policy of letting the collections back to the source─Regional Indigenous Peoples Cultural Museum. This research got the 4 results by operating Literature Analysis and In-Depth Interview: 1. The plans of “Regional Indigenous Peoples Culture Museums” in 10 years have already focused on the revitalization of building, the variety of engineer the exhibition and number of visitors. However, it’s really have to strengthen the Regional Indigenous Peoples Culture Museums’ power of the accumulation and profundity of Cultural Asset. 2. The strategy of “ Major leads Minor “, which can transfer the know-how friendly and let the minor cultural museums discover the local knowledge powerfully but develop slow because the resource investment of nation unbalance. 3. The plan of “collections back to the source” can inspire Indigenous People’s sense of mission of “Let the Cultural Relics return and reconstruct”, and make the Regional Indigenous Peoples Culture Museums be the connection between “The National Indigenous Peoples Museum” and “The Indigenous Tribe ‘s Culture”. 4. Using the gender perspectives to engineer the exhibition of Indigenous Culture to make the female knowledge and statement be seen. The conclusion of this research and the analysis in practice provide eight advices to the Regional Indigenous Peoples Culture Museums for the future development: 1. Central and regional governments have to formulate the middle- and long-term plans for Regional Indigenous Peoples Culture Museums and try to gain the budget. 2. The central government have to coordinate with the regional governments to amendment the Organic Act of the Regional Indigenous Peoples Culture Museums for adding the prescribed number of personnel, including the director . 3. To locate the professionals of Regional Indigenous Peoples Culture Museums and establish their ability of Indigenous Peoples Culture. 4. To implement the systems of the volunteers that devote to Indigenous Peoples Culture. 5. To develop and register the Indigenous Peoples Culture in intangible and tangible. 6.To enhance the digital keeping of Indigenous tribe Cultural. 7.The professional guidances to Regional Indigenous Peoples Culture Museums have to considerate the connection in the Regional Museums with theRegional Indigenous Peoples Culture Museums at the same time and provide the professional training in practice. 8.To master the Southbound Policy and strengthen the connection of the Austronesian Country by the Regional Indigenous Peoples Culture Museums as a platform.
