The Ministry of National Defense (MND) has continuously reviewed and refined the gender equality policy promotion and provide training courses, hoping to create a more harmonious and pleasant environment for the workplace. This study explores the problems that have occurred suring the promotion of the gender equality in military forces for junior soldiers, to understand current working environment for volunteer soldiers of the national army at the grassroots level. And the problems faced by managers when enforcing gender equality policies. In order to understand volunteer male and female soldiers working in the national army at the grassroots level, this study applies qualitative analysis method to interview soldiers in air forces. We hope to use interview information collected from the different unit and position of the army to provide of the current situation. From the results of this study, we found that the key factors for driving gender equality policy are junior soldiers perception and cognition, the physical nature work for junior soldiers and the interaction between male and female soldiers. This article will be discussing the relevant factors in detail, and provide follow-up practical management recommendations.
