Japan was the aggression country and defeated nation, however in this times Japan actually passed through legislation “A Package of National Security Bills”. It indeed produces the greatest mighty waves to East Asian region security. Base this, this research analyzes Japan defense policy transformation scope and the intention that through “A Package of National Security Bills ” with 「Balance of power」theory and 「Strategic Approach」of 「The Realism」in the school of thought elaborated by the international relations. And to make a inquiry into the change of current region environment, the laying aside focal point in the influence which creates to the Taiwan security circumstance. Provides our country the national defense strategy and the diplomatic reference with research analysis and suggestion to Taiwan and Japan both sides cooperation of the security in the future. This research discovery that Japan passed through legislation “A Package of National Security Bills” was in order to deepen the national security reform and continues to make great strides forward to「The Normal Country」. Simultaneously also promotes Japan in 「US-Japan alliance」coordinated status, even in the future possibly will develop the various safety net in the Asian and Pacific area because of 「US-Japan alliance」to hold up China to pick the unilaterally military action as possibility. Involves the South China Sea positively and the international affairs so on. Consolidates own superiority status in the Asian and Pacific region. Therefore, our country should grasp the effect on own initiative of Japan to hold up China after “A Package of National Security Bills” to implement. And utilizes the advantageous to our country's factor properly, positively seeks the security cooperation with Japan. Simultaneously in faces in the South China Sea business and the East China Sea subject, our government should seek positively with America and Japan established the normalizing bidirectional security system. Suitable expresses our country's sovereignty standpoint and only understands the international situation, strives for strategic the initiative and can safeguard Taiwan continues to hold the strategic initiative in the fast changing international situation.
