The problems of insufficient number of existing officers and blocking of promotion has become serious after the implementation of downsizing policies. In this context, the effective integration of the above merits further discussion. This study aims to establish the military officer operation system through system dynamics with comprehensive consideration of the military organizational establishment system of national army and its personnel system. In particular, it explores the influence of various factors such as the adjustment of organizational establishment system and the extension of suspension-year on the number of current captains, majors, lieutenant colonels, colonels, total number of officers, gap ratio of captains to majors, majors to lieutenant colonels and lieutenant colonels to colonels and their causal interactions in order to construct system dynamics analysis mode and carry out analysis of policies (including adjustment of organizational establishment system and extension of suspension-year) via computer simulation.
