Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) has many properties such as multi-purpose, low cost and high efficiency. It can be used not only in many kinds of military tasks such as surveillance, electric warfare, communication relay and weapon projection, but also meteorology, agriculture and scientific research. In this study, the relevant literatures on the implementation of maritime tasks are discussed, and the evaluation model of practical experts participating in the relevant professional units is invited to discuss the key factors to support the marine fishery patrol operations using the unmanned system of the national military and identify the support of unmanned flight systems by hierarchical analysis Fishery patrol mission decision-making evaluation factors, the development of the structure of the decision-making elements of the structure, to identify the military unmanned aerial system to support the Coast Guard marine fisheries patrol operations and related factors analysis, to provide future mission implementation planning reference. This study shows that UAS is related to the task of maritime patrol. The first four ranks are airspace coordination, responsibility integration, reconnaissance and airworthiness certification, which show that UAS performs the mission of marine fishery patrol, and the flight safety related factors are the most important considerations in the current implementation of the task, so the domestic flight control regulations applicable to UAS should be developed as soon as possible so that UAS can share the national airspace with other airborne aircraft and reduce the unavailability of tasks due to regulatory constraints, Effectiveness of Marine Fisheries Patrol.
