Description
Summary:碩士 === 南華大學 === 企業管理學系非營利事業管理碩士班 === 105 === This research centers on the motivation of high involvement in volunteering, the factors of consistent involvement, and the study of the future development of volunteering management to find the variation in managements and to be an example for different volunteer teams of an organization. This research adopts qualitative research method, and is based on four volunteers participating in Hsinying voluntary service as sample and Nurse Head in blood donation room as control group. The method of data collection is a natural and partially-open semi-structured interview, and takes notes to faithfully record by means of observation and collecting relevant information. This research receives feedbacks from volunteers in Hsinying, and after the interview, it organizes information in the interview, and it conducts an analysis of relevant information to make a conclusion. Research shows that there are multiple factors behind the motivation to get involved and consistent involvement in blood donation room in Hsinying and that characteristics of volunteers’ inclination of helping others and self-growth are positive. and research finds that the manager of blood donation room in Hsinying and colleagues and volunteers have interactions and affections like family, so volunteers are more willing to consistently participate in voluntary service and understand what meaning of voluntary service is and its sense of commitment. Based on the above result of research, I suggest that the management of any organization’s voluntary service use Hsinying’s blood donation room as a model to improve the management of future voluntary service.
