碩士 === 南榮科技大學 === 工程科技研究所碩士班 === 105 === The purpose of the research investigates enterprise’s opinions and demands about professional certification and vocational training with taking enterprises in southern Taiwan as the object. In order to provide referrals of training courses development to enterprises or training institute. Take the enterprises in southern Taiwan for example, we explore the credibility, employment advantage and attitude to technician license. The questionnaire is designed according to employees. 420 questionnaires were released and 385 questionnaires were returned. We use IBM SPSS Statistics 22.0 to analyze, including scale reliability, descriptive statistics, and validity analysis, Pearson correlation analysis, regression analysis and structural equation modeling…etc. The implementation will be further surveyed. Therefore, this study examined the performance and countermeasure of implementing technician license. We take three companies that implement technician license in conventional industry,service industry and technology industry for empirical analysis and expect to know the difference between different industries, the critical success factors of promoting technician certificate, the difficulties and the countermeasures.
