Therefore, with the progress of science and technology, in Taiwan industrial clients will accompany the industry 4.0 of science and technology and the introduction of the trend, Therefore, the industrial client is worthy of the vertical integration service architecture through the Internet of things, which realizes the transmission medium of the smart grid, monitors the use of the electric power of the industrial clients, and improves the power quality. In this study, a passive load box is designed to connect the two resistors in parallel, and the smart meter is connected, and the Adam module is also connected in the header section, And then through the Adam module collected data in the WebAccess/HMI designer design of the various units of power and online to Advantech WebAccess project management, for the various units of the monitoring node to online, and then through the Web page of the unit of electricity to draw, The implementation of the other computer using the end of each other online, can be achieved with two resistors in different conduction conditions, In this paper, the results of the numerical simulation architecture of the two resistors are monitored in real time, and the application of the introduction factor of Smart Grid is constructed in Industry 4.0, which improves the power quality of Taiwan's industrial clients.
