In this paper, the teachers of the junior high schools and elementary school were the research objects, and the questionnaires were issued for study. The first survey was on the elementary school teachers’ usage of instant messaging software. Community function, interactive functions, and audio/video functions were the three functions that affected the main usage. Learning outcomes, teaching quality, class routine, learning atmosphere, and teachers parents communication were the five aspects to evaluate the class management performance due to the usage of instant messaging software. Engagement,positive effects, and fulfillment were the evaluating factors. Further analyses were conducted using SPSS statistical software, descriptive analysis, “t test”, ANOVA, and Pearson correlation analysis.
