omnipresent, information technology changes people’s life. This technology fever sweeps
across the education fields and changes the traditional teaching methods. To fulfill the new
and heart-based education for teachers in this digital era, the school-oriented courses
designed with love, care, and patience try to lead the students to experience different things
and feel touched by the courses. Besides, the locations of the experiential learning won’t be
limited to a classroom, but extend to the community nearby. For the purposes of “knowing
homeland, getting close to homeland, and loving homeland”, they emphasize that students
in their proactive participation learn to articulate the knowledge to the living environment
and to enhance their identification with the local community.
This research starts with the innovative teachin and focuses on Tainan Municipal
Sinying District Sinmin Elementary School. It takes Sinmin Elementary School as the case
to create a memorable teaching experience for the students. By using the digital
information technology to activate the school documents, it integrates the precious cultural
records of the school, the documents of the main courses about experiential learning, the
history of interaction between the school and the local community, and cultural features to
produce e-book and videos, etc. The research also interprets the innovative teaching of
teacher’s heart-based education from the aspects of “Passing Teacher’s Love to Sinmin
Students”, “Bringing Educational Love to Leaning”, “Knowing Homeland to Inherit
Heritage”, and “Activating and Rebuilding New Nan Ying”. Combining these ideas into

the teaching guiding platform with the aid of Google Maps, “Sinmin Diverse Learning and
New Education”, it establishes three theme-based patterns of teaching experience,
“Teachers’ Love and Happy Learning diversely in Sinmin”, “Walking and Reading
Sinying’s Culture and Heart-based Education”, and “Activating and Experiencing Nan
Ying’s Beauty” to fulfill the happy learning and new education.
With the advent of the smart mobile communication, the research aims to fulfill the
smart internet in Taiwan’s digital education, design the APP of Augmented Reality-“Smart
Mobile Shinmin Diverse Learning and New Education”, and implement the practical
teaching experience with the innovative and lively guiding methods. With the innovative
teaching pattern, it also endeavor to give students a brand-new experience and touch them
with the lively courses. By doing so, we hope to establish Sinmin Elementary School into a
new smart mobile campus which benefits the advertising the school.
